On April 16, 2026, the appeals court for the damage lawsuit related to FIFTY FIFTY is set to commence next month. The Seoul High Court will hold its first hearing on May 28 regarding the lawsuit filed by Attract against The Givers and affiliated individuals. Previously, in January, the Seoul Central District Court ordered The Givers and CEO Ahn Sung-il to pay approximately 499.5 million won, which both parties have since appealed.
