Stray Kids' I.N Purchases Apartment in Apgujeong for 8.9 Billion KRW – All Cash Deal
I.N has purchased an apartment in Apgujeong for 8.9 billion KRW in cash.
This acquisition highlights his financial success and interest in real estate investment.
The Apgujeong area is expected to appreciate in value due to ongoing redevelopment projects.

I.N, a member of Stray Kids, has purchased a luxury apartment in Apgujeong. According to a report from Korea Economic TV on the 29th, I.N bought a 161㎡ unit in Apgujeong Hyundai Apartment for 8.9 billion KRW in an all-cash transaction back in January. The buying process was completed in April, and there were no mortgage loan records associated with the property. This follows fellow member Changbin's purchase of another unit in the same complex last year. The area is undergoing a large-scale redevelopment project, with Hyundai Engineering & Construction designated as the contractor. Since their debut in 2018, I.N and Stray Kids have gained immense popularity, particularly hitting number one on the U.S. Billboard charts.

I.N's recent real estate purchase exemplifies the financial prowess that comes with stardom. The all-cash transaction further solidifies his success, indicating that Stray Kids' popularity extends beyond music to significant financial stability. Notably, Apgujeong is regarded as a prime area in Seoul, and with ongoing redevelopment projects, the potential for property value appreciation is high. This suggests that I.N has a forward-thinking investment perspective, which can be seen as a positive indicator for his financial future.
