According to reports, a request for property seizure was filed at the Seoul Central District Court, demanding a total of 7 billion KRW from the property owned by Daniela's mother, Ms. A, and Min Heejin.
The breakdown of the claim indicates 5 billion KRW for Min Heejin and 2 billion KRW for Ms. A. Previously, ADOR had initiated a 43 billion KRW lawsuit against Daniela, Ms. A, and Min Heejin in December 2025, leading to the property seizure request against the latter two.
