This morning, Jerry K's funeral is being held at the Yonsei University Sinchon funeral hall in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. After battling malignant brain cancer for nearly two years, he passes away at the young age of 42. His final resting place has been decided to be Gonggam Forest. Last year, Jerry shared on social media that he was diagnosed with glioblastoma and documented his journey through treatment. Despite his hopes of gradual recovery, he sadly left us too soon. Born in 1984, Jerry graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in media and communication and began his career in the hip-hop scene in 2001 as part of a rap duo with his high school friend, MekSense.
