Santos Bravos Unveils Ambitious Vision to Unite the World
Santos Bravos expressed their ambition to unify the world during a media day.
They aim to challenge the global market with their unique blend of K-pop and Latin music.
The group is set to meet fans in Korea with their first EP album.

[TV Daily Reporter Kim Hangil] Latin pop group Santos Bravos (SANTOS BRAVOS) held its inaugural media day on April 10 in Yongsan, Seoul. Under the leadership of producer Bang Si-hyuk, they underwent K-pop training and debuted successfully in Mexico last October. Combining the unique expression of Latin music with the high production quality of K-pop, Santos Bravos aims to deliver fresh experiences to global music fans.

Alejandro shared, “We are a boy group consisting of five members from different backgrounds, and we want to unite the world through our collective experiences.” He expressed joy in their group name, highlighting the duality of ‘Santo’ as bright and cheerful, and ‘Bravo’ as strong and intense, reflecting the significance of this moment.

Kenneth added, “Each of us represents our own culture, which we want to share not just in Korea, but globally. The past six months have been incredible, and we look forward to meeting Korean fans with our first EP.” Santos Bravos is set to stay in Korea for three weeks to engage in diverse activities.

The musical identity of Santos Bravos lies in their unique blend of the fluidity of Latin music and the refined quality of K-pop. They are set to bring fresh cultural elements to the global music market, which is expected to resonate well even with Latin music enthusiasts. Notably, the emphasis on each member's personal story adds depth to their music.

Amid the recent trend where Latin artists collaborate with K-pop to enhance their global visibility, Santos Bravos's strategic approach appears distinct. Their training, supported by HYBE, represents a critical stepping stone that may transform them from just another boy group into a notable global artist.

Their mindset toward fans is extremely positive, indicating that they prioritize 'cultural exchange' as a significant goal. This stands as one of the most crucial elements in today's music industry, raising anticipation about how this will impact their ability to expand their fanbase globally.
