The event will take place on an outdoor stage set up in front of Gwanghwamun Square, anticipating up to 260,000 attendees. Fans will be able to watch from the extended seating area all the way to Sejong-daero intersection, with live broadcasts displayed on large LED screens for public viewing. Additionally, the concert will be streamed on Netflix, reaching an audience across 190 countries.

However, RM, the leader of BTS, sustained an ankle injury during a rehearsal. Despite this, the agency confirmed that he will still perform, albeit with some choreography omitted.
