[TV Daily Reporter Kim Jin-seok] Singer-songwriter Gloom is set to unveil a new solo concert series. Kicking off on the 15th, the series titled 'Airplane Mode' will consist of three extraordinary performances.

This concert aligns closely with Gloom's fourth studio album, released in December of last year, also titled 'Airplane Mode'. Gloom has played a significant role in the lyrical, compositional, and arrangement aspects of all tracks, including the triple title songs, thus solidifying their unique musical identity. This effort is expected to shine through in the upcoming performances.

Each of the three concerts will feature distinct setlists and concepts, promising a diverse musical experience for attendees. The first concert will take place on the 15th at the Molaenae Theater in Seodaemun, Seoul, focusing on dynamic band music. On the 27th, at the I Love Art Center in Gangnam, Gloom will adapt to the classic atmosphere by playing the grand piano and collaborating with a brass musician to present re-arranged ballads. The final show is scheduled for March 1 at the Gloom Under Theater in Mapo, featuring an elaborate stage design using LED elements.

The first performance has already sold out, with tickets for the second and third concerts going on sale on February 5 and 6, respectively. After signing a contract with the 'Tapes' label under Mound Media last March, Gloom has collaborated with various artists, showcasing their skills as a producer. This concert series marks a pivotal moment in Gloom's musical journey, heralding a new chapter.

Gloom's solo concert series 'Airplane Mode' signifies more than just a musical event. Given the artist's direct involvement in writing, composing, and arranging each song, these performances will provide a deeper understanding of their musical depth. The distinct setlists and concepts for each of the three concerts are designed to offer fresh experiences while portraying Gloom's extensive musical spectrum.

Moreover, this concert series highlights Gloom's musical evolution. Since signing with 'Tapes' under Mound Media, Gloom has solidified their position as a producer by collaborating with various artists, resulting in a more diverse way of connecting with fans. This strategy not only expands their musical world but also reflects a proactive approach in reaching out to their audience.

Additionally, the sold-out status of the performances showcases the loyal fanbase Gloom has cultivated. This exemplifies Gloom's unique allure as an artist and underscores their significant role in the current music industry. The series of concerts aims to strengthen the bond with the audience, thus positively influencing Gloom's future musical endeavors.
