[TV Daily Reporter Han Seoryul] The group ILLIT is set to unveil a remix of their title track from their first single album.

ILLIT (Yuna, Minju, Mocha, Wonhee, Iroha) will release ‘NOT CUTE ANYMORE (Holiday Remixes)’ through Hive Music Group’s label Belift Lab on December 19 at 2 PM. The album features a total of seven tracks including the original song, along with a ‘Holiday Party ver.’ and a ‘Holiday Night ver.’ Furthermore, three ‘Sped up ver.’ versions and instrumental tracks add variety and enjoyment.

The ‘Holiday Party ver.’ captures the excitement and warmth of winter with upbeat rhythms and vibrant sounds. In contrast, the ‘Holiday Night ver.’ blends beautiful piano melodies and bells for a cozy feeling reminiscent of a winter fairy tale. Meanwhile, the original song ‘NOT CUTE ANYMORE’ remains popular even after four weeks of its release, securing first place on the Korean Apple Music chart for 11 consecutive days. Based on this success, ILLIT grabbed the top trophy on MBC M’s ‘Show! Champion’, marking two victories on music shows.

ILLIT's year-end stage performances are also garnering attention. Minju will serve as MC for the ‘2025 KBS Song Festival Global Festival’ on the 19th, followed by their appearances at the ‘2025 Melon Music Awards’ on the 20th and ‘2025 SBS Song Festival’ on the 25th. Later, they will head to Japan for the ‘67th Japan Record Awards’ on the 30th and NHK’s ‘76th Kouhaku Uta Gassen’ on the 31st.

The new remix from ILLIT highlights the sentiments of the year-end season. The variety of versions provides fans with opportunities to experience the song from fresh perspectives, showcasing the artists' creativity while enhancing the holiday mood. Notably, the upbeat rhythm of the Holiday Party version beautifully captures the joys of winter, reflecting innovative approaches in its arrangement.

Given the original track's sustained popularity, this album will play a crucial role in elevating ILLIT's brand value. The original song ‘NOT CUTE ANYMORE’ has maintained a steady rise on various charts, and the diverse interpretations of the track offer potential for attracting an even larger fan base. Through this album, ILLIT is not only engaging in musical activities but is also deepening its connection with fans.

As year-end festivals approach, ILLIT's performances are likely to lift their musical journey to new heights. The Japan tour and appearances on various music shows present opportunities to further expand ILLIT's global influence. This move is anticipated to be a significant milestone in establishing them as recognized artists in the global market.
